Introduction
This page explains how to permanently delete your Atomesus account from the mobile app or the website.
You must already be signed in. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Signing out is not the same as deleting your account.
How to delete your account in the Atomesus app
Use these steps if you created or use your account in the Atomesus iOS or Android app.
- 1Open the side drawer (menu) from Home.
- 2Tap Profile (your name / profile row).
- 3Scroll to the bottom of Profile.
- 4Tap the red Delete Account button, below Sign Out.
- 5Read the confirmation screen carefully. The Delete Account button stays disabled for 10 seconds.
- 6After the timer ends, tap Delete Account.
- 7You will see a confirmation message. You are then signed out and returned to the login screens.
To cancel
Tap Cancel at any time, including during the 10-second wait. Your account will not be deleted.
What the confirmation screen tells you
After you tap Delete Account in the app, a confirmation screen appears with the title Delete Account and the subtitle Please read this carefully before proceeding.
Your account will be deleted immediately. This cannot be undone or cancelled by logging back in.
All your chats, personal data, preferences, and history will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
You will lose access to all premium features and content immediately.
Any active subscriptions will be cancelled, but you may need to cancel through the app store separately.
While the timer is running, the screen shows a countdown, for example:
- Please read the above information for: 10s (the number counts down)
- Delete button will be enabled after the timer ends

Tapping outside the confirmation screen does not close it while the timer is running. There is no password, code, or email confirmation in the app. The 10-second wait and the warning list are the safeguards before deletion.
How to delete your account on the website
Use these steps if you use Atomesus in the browser at www.atomesus.com.
- 1Sign in at atomesus.com if you are not already signed in.
- 2Open the sidebar menu.
- 3Tap Profile.
- 4Under Quick Actions, tap the red Delete Account button, below Sign Out.
- 5Your account is deleted. You are signed out and returned to the guest / login screens.
No waiting period on the website
On the website, Delete Account takes effect as soon as you tap it. There is no 10-second timer. If deletion cannot be completed, you stay signed in on Profile and can try again.
Already signed in? Open Profile to find Delete Account under Quick Actions.
What happens after your account is deleted
Once deletion succeeds:
- Your account is removed immediately. Logging back in will not restore it.
- Your chats, personal data, preferences, and history are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
- You lose access to premium features and content right away.
- You are signed out and returned to the login or guest screens.
Whether you can create a new account with the same email later depends on Atomesus account rules at the time you sign up again.
Sign Out is not account deletion
Sign Out
- Ends your current session on this device.
- Does not remove your account on Atomesus.
- You can sign in again with the same email.
Delete Account
- Permanently removes your Atomesus account.
- Erases chats, preferences, and personal data.
- Cannot be undone by signing back in.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account cancels access to Atomesus premium features. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you may also need to cancel the subscription in that store so billing stops.
Atomesus does not cancel App Store or Play Store subscriptions for you as part of account deletion. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing details.
