While Atomesus AI uses advanced models, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

You acknowledge that:

• • AI responses are generated dynamically and may not always reflect verified facts.
• • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before reliance.
• • Atomesus AI disclaims any liability for damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
• • Our AI is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

Free & Paid Plans

Atomesus AI offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Core, Prime, Plus, Pro). Details are provided on our website and app.

Billing

• • Payments are securely processed via PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.
• • Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy,available on www.atomesus.com/refund-policy.

All trademarks, AI models, code, design elements, and content on Atomesus AI are the property of Atomesus AI Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You retain rights to your personal data and uploaded content but grant Atomesus AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for AI interactions and service improvement.

You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the Atomesus AI platform without our written consent.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with:

By using these features, you consent to limited, anonymized data sharing with such providers, solely for task completion.

We ensure all third-party partners comply with GDPR-standard Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

• • AI-generated content may be reused, stored, or analyzed to enhance model performance, but only in anonymized form.
• • Users are responsible for ensuring that AI outputs do not infringe on any laws or rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• • You misuse the platform or harm other users
• • Required by law or government authority

Upon termination, your account data will be deleted or anonymized according to our retention policy.

Atomesus AI, its officers, directors, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with international compliance to EU GDPR, US CCPA, and global e-commerce standards.

Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
